How Do We Protect Your Information and Secure Information Transmissions?

Your decision to work with ND. Miller Publishing LLC constitutes your acceptance of our terms. ND Miller Publishing is a publishing service provider offering the services listed on the ND Miller Publishing services page. The prices for these services may be amended from time to time by ND Miller Publishing.
IN ORDER TO RECEIVE PERIODIC UPDATES ABOUT OUR SERVICES, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMAINING SUBSCRIBED TO OUR MAILING LIST WITH A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS

A) Author Rights and Obligations
As an author with ND Miller Publishing, you will:
  • Be assigned a Publishing Coach as your main point of contact until two weeks after publication.
  • Retain 100% of the rights to your material and any ISBNs you purchase.
  • Have 100% input over the file-creation process.
  • Receive 100% of the net proceeds earned on the sale of your material.
  • Have the right to withdraw your material from sale with us at any time for any reason with substantial notice as outlined in the publishing agreement.
  • Have the ability to order your book at any time and shipped to destinations worldwide.
  • Have assurance we will never share your manuscript or other intellectual property with any third parties, other than our retail and wholesale partners.
  • Warrant to us that you own or control the necessary rights to your material.
  • Understand that modifying or replacing files once a book has been published will result in you needing to repeat the publishing process from start to finish with a new pricing agreement.
  • Be entitled to a satisfaction guarantee on all file-creation services. If you are not 100% satisfied with the files we create for you, we will work with you until you are satisfied for up to 30 days, however this guarantee does not apply if you choose designers outside of ND MIller Publishing.
  • No refunds will be provided after 30 days of signup date.
  • Your approval of files is considered an acknowledgment of satisfaction, including your approval of any front cover designs, sample layouts, and/or illustration sketches.

B) Author Code of Conduct
When working with ND Miller Publishing, you agree to:
  • Be respectful and professional in all communications.
  • Not engage in abusive, harmful, or offensive language.
  • Abide by our project timelines and understand your responsiveness and the complexity of your project will affect these timelines.

C) ND Miller Publishing Rights and Obligations
We reserve the right to refuse any manuscript and/or remove from distribution any book that:
  • Expresses hate or encourages violence towards a person or group based on something such as race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.
  • Is involved in any type of legal dispute with a third party.
  • We reserve the right to terminate our relationship with you for violations of our publishing agreement and Author Code of Conduct. In the event of termination, all files will be returned to you, and you will be precluded from republishing.
  • Our distribution service has been rendered once we have made available and delivered your material to our retail and wholesale partners. If your material is rejected or delayed by any partner for any reason, ND Miller Publishing will have no liability to you.
  • We reserve the right to modify this Agreement with notice to you on our website or via email.
